The widest range of solutions with 8 kinds of compounds for the roller or sleeve coverings in order to satisfy different buffing needs. From 12 sh A up to cellular rubber also combined you will find the solution for your buffing machinery.
We propose two kinds of roller coverings:
- All rubber: (SPAK 1 for tripe red colour and SPAK 2 for black tanned).
- With an underlay made with softer rubber to absorb the differences within the thickness of the leather without leaving marks on the cylinder.
We propose our PRESS rubber 85-87 SH in black color that has an extraordinary tear resistance and has a great capacity to bind the rubber to the steel, this rubber’s excellent resistance to animal fat guarantees the maintenance of the hardness in the course of time.
We suggest the PRESS black or white with a surface that allows the leather to slide and, on demand, special rubber for coverings heads for the roller to avoid corrosion.
We suggest the BREFLEX rubber in various hardness and, upon demand, we can realize grooves and crownings.
We propose the BREFLEX rubber in various hardness that has exceptional resistance to animal fat, workings and wear.
